Come join the Summer fun with a special introductory offer! Right now you can get 3 weeks of training and a free uniform for just $49!  July 24th, Saturday is a Taekwondo Boot Camp. Starts at 6pm and ends at 11 pm. It is also a sleepover for whomever wants to stay. Fun, food, and a great workout. Cost is 30 for individual and $60 for a family. Come out and have fun!

Curisco and offers Capoeira Contemporânea, an intoxicating and fast-paced blend of self-defense, music and fluid movement, to anyone with
a desire to learn. We welcome all ages and skill levels.So whether you are just looking to get in shape, have fun or to become a serious Capoeirista
(practitioner of Capoeira) we have what you are looking for. Our instructor is highly qualified and will show you new ways
to push your mind and body to new limits, all the while developing self-respect, confidence, coordination, flexibility,
